But sometimes in trusting others, they let us down. They do not follow through with what they genuinely told us. Then we are disappointed and depending on what it is, can be dissalusioned (sp!). The next time someone says they feel a certain way, it is harder to trust, therefore, we have become jaded. The more people that continue on with deception and the genuine ones trusting ... the more heartache, distrust repeats. How do you prevent that?
